Extreme Weather Shelters in Richmond

 

 

When the City of Richmond decides that the weather is too extreme for people to be outside all night, one or more of the following shelters will be opened:

 

·         Salvation Army’s Richmond House, 3111 Shell Road, men’s shelter

·         Richmond Bethel Church, 10200 No. 5 Road, women & families

·         Richmond Youth Service Agency, #4 – 11220 Voyageur Way

·         St. Alban’s Anglican Church, 7260 St. Alban’s Road, Richmond, women & couples
